1. Scope of Agreement
By requesting, reserving, or utilizing taxi, car rental, or pilgrimage tour services provided by Jain Tour & Travels Rajgir, you agree to comply with the terms set forth below. These terms guarantee transparency, punctuality, and mutual respect between passengers and drivers.
2. Transparent Pricing & Inclusions
We adhere strictly to zero hidden charge billing:
- Sightseeing Packages: Full-day local sightseeing (8 Hours / 80 KM) starts at ₹2,500 for Sedan (Swift Dzire/Etios) covering Glass Bridge, Nature Safari, Zoo Safari, Shanti Stupa, Ghora Katora Lake, Brahmakund, Venu Van, and Son Bhandar Caves.
- Airport / Outstation Transfers: One-way Patna Airport (PAT) to Rajgir starts at ₹3,000 for Sedan. Includes all highway toll taxes, parking fees, and driver allowances.
- Extra Distance & Time: For travel exceeding standard package limits, extra rates apply as quoted upfront (Dzire ₹13/km, Ertiga ₹16/km, Innova Crysta ₹25/km).
- Night Driver Allowance: Trips running between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM incur a nominal driver night charge of ₹300.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Flexible Customer Cancellation:
- Up to 6 hours before pickup: 100% Free Cancellation with zero penalty and immediate refund of any advance token paid.
- Within 6 hours of pickup: A nominal cancellation fee of ₹500 applies to cover driver mobilization.
- Flight / Train Delays: We do NOT charge waiting or cancellation fees for verified airline or Indian Railways delays.
4. Seating Capacity & Luggage Standards
In strict compliance with Motor Vehicle regulations and passenger safety standards:
- Sedan (Swift Dzire / Toyota Etios): Maximum 4 passengers + 1 driver, up to 2 medium luggage bags.
- MPV (Maruti Ertiga): Maximum 6 passengers + 1 driver, up to 3 bags.
- SUV (Toyota Innova Crysta): Maximum 7 passengers + 1 driver, captain-seat comfort, ample boot space.
- Tempo Traveller (Force Luxury): Available in 12, 17, and 26-seater configurations for large family and pilgrimage yatras.
5. Air Conditioning & Comfort Policy
All vehicles operate with chilled 100% AC throughout the journey. In accordance with standard automotive guidelines, AC may temporarily be switched off on steep mountain ascents if requested by the chauffeur for vehicle hill-climb engine safety.
6. Passenger Safety & Driver Conduct
Our drivers are police-verified, native drivers with extensive experience in Bihar pilgrimage routes. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or transport of illicit goods inside vehicles is strictly prohibited.
In the rare event of mechanical difficulty, Jain Tour & Travels guarantees immediate dispatch of an equivalent replacement vehicle at no extra charge.
